How To Wear A Child Carrier

A child carrier requires practice to load and unload. There are several methods that can be used to wear child carrier. Few people prefer staying on a stable surface while some prefer carrier to be lifted onto their knees. Although, it looks easy still you have to make sure that the child carrier's backpack is comfortably fitted to your body and is safe for you and the baby.

Before using a child carrier always read the manufacturer’s usage instruction properly.

Make sure you have understood and have a proper functioning knowledge of the adjustment’s option available.

It is advisable to go for empty child carrier backpack first, as it is easy to adjust the empty carrier easily.

Adjust the shoulder straps, sternum strap, and hip belt to your body in such a manner that the 80 % of the weight goes to the hip and 20 % equally to both shoulders.

Now place the baby in the child carrier and have a trial check for the adjustments.

If the adjustments are proper place the baby on the carrier in such a manner that they stay low enough your head and is free from the risk of falling out.

Now take the baby out make adjust the seat as required for baby comfort. Now again place the baby back in the carrier.

Always cover cushion legs opening by using a receiving blanket or a small towel to ensure comfort and ease for a baby.
